What is ADHD/AuDHD Coaching?

ADHD/AuDHD coaching provides a safe, supportive environment where we can build a collaborative partnership. Together, we’ll identify your strengths and develop personalised strategies that reflect how you, and you only, experience the world through your own unique lens. We’ll set achievable goals and create practical steps to help you reach them. You'll also learn executive functioning techniques tailored specifically to you. Tools that are designed to support you not just now, but throughout your life.

Who might benefit from ADHD/AuDHD Coaching?

Whether you suspect you may be Autistic, have ADHD, be an AuDHDer, are on a waiting list for a diagnosis, self-diagnosed, or already have a formal diagnosis - ADHD/AuDHD Coaching can support you.

You might be:

  • A student struggling with deadlines, organisation, and overwhelm.

  • A professional seeking better time management, workplace strategies, or support with masking and burnout.

  • A parent or individual wanting to create a supportive family environment, with routines that work for everyone.

Coaching utilises key executive functioning areas such as self-awareness, motivation, time management, and emotional regulation. Whilst we use a structured framework as guidance, there's no single blanket approach. Every session is flexible and tailored to meet your individual needs.

Why might someone consider ADHD/AuDHD Coaching?

It's common to experience isolation following a diagnosis. Whether that feeling comes immediately or later. You may find yourself asking: What now? What next? How am I going to do this? And often, this is coupled with a struggle to access support.

The AuDHD Paradox, the combination of Autism and ADHD, can bring conflicting experiences. Autistic inertia and ADHD paralysis may both show up, making it hard to start or sustain action. Sensory needs can clash too: Autism may bring sensory overwhelm, whilst ADHD craves stimulation. You might always avoid social situations whilst simultaneously longing for connection.

Coaching helps you make sense of this all. It offers a supportive space to explore what works for you and to develop strategies that match how your brain works, so you can take your next steps with confidence and clarity.

And you won't be on your own.. You'll have someone beside you to help you reach your goals. And who will celebrate your successes along the way.

What might be discussed during an ADHD/AuDHD Coaching session?

Each session will always be tailored to you. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. We begin by exploring where you are right now and where you'd like to be. Together, we'll look at what may be getting in the way - whether it's motivation, emotional regulation, time management, burnout, or something else.

Using an executive functioning framework to guide us, we'll work collaboratively to create a plan that supports your brain and your goals. Sessions are flexible and adaptable, because your needs may shift, and so will our approach as necessary.

And wherever possible, we'll aim to make the process enjoyable and empowering, with moments of lightness along the way.

Where would ADHD/AuDHD sessions take place?

All sessions are conducted via Zoom, at a suggested same day and time each week (or whatever frequency works for you).

The routine can make it easier to remember the appointment, and can help things feel a bit more grounded... For both of us.

Meeting online means we can both be in a space that feels safe and familiar, with whatever comforts, tools or supports we need around us. It also helps reduce distractions and sensory overload.

You're welcome, and indeed encouraged, to show up just as you are. Camera on or off, fidgeting, pacing, stimming taking breaks... Whatever helps you feel at ease.

We'll co-create a space that feels respectful, flexible, and genuinely neurodivergent-friendly.
